Walnut Spice
Moist cinnamon cake generously topped with brown sugar covered Napa walnuts.

New York Crumb
German deli-style, classic yellow coffee cake topped with over 2x its weight in butter crumbs, topped off with a sprinkling of powdered sugar

Double Chocolate Orange
Classic chocolate cake flavored with fresh orange zest and natural oil from tangerines and topped with chips of dark Belgian chocolate.

Cinnamon Crumb
A moist cinnamon cake sprinkled with cinnamon butter crumbs

Banana Walnut
A sumptuous and moist banana bread made from fresh fruit and topped with walnut halves

Gingerbread: Very simple, spicey-sweet classic, topped with a white-chocolate button
Cranberry Butter Crunch: Moist buttery cake with embedded fresh cranberries (when available) and sprinkled with rock sugar
Chocolate Chip: Sour cream cake speckled with semi-sweet mini-chips and topped with a large chocolate drop
Chocolate Chip "cookie cake": This cake tastes just like a soft chocolate chip cookie!
Butter Orange: Sour cream cake laced with orange zest and lightly sprinkled with mini chocolate chips
Frangipane: Slightly sophisticated butter cake made with freshly ground California almonds with just a hint of rum
Lemon Blueberry: Butter cake made with fresh lemon peel and fresh blueberries, when available
Lemon Poppyseed: Sour cream cake laced with lemon zest and a swarm of poppy seeds
Chocolate Death: You may find yourself asking... is this a truffle or a cake? Not much flour is holding the imported chocolate together in this recipe.
Apple Spice: Cinnamon-coated apple chunks amidst a brown-sugar spice cake
